Cheltenham Villa - Swimming Pool Extension

A design concept for a contemporary swimming pool extension to a regency Cheltenham villa, this design proposal sits on the site of the existing swimming pool, and adds a swimming pool enclosure with a connecting extension to the main house. The new accommodation provides additional kitchen space on the first floor, with gym, sauna, and changing rooms below. The design is intentionally minimal but also references the style of the existing house thereby offering a pared back modern interpretation of the classical regency architecture.
