Market House - Contemporary Kitchen Extension

Market House is a traditional Cotswold stone town house situated with the centre of a small Cotswold market town. The clients requested a light, modern extension, using Crittal doors and polished concrete floors to create a clean contemporary atmosphere. We were able to gain planning and listed building consent for the project, provided the detailed design, and managed the construction process. Although small, the extension borders four neighbouring properties including the local pub, we sought party wall agreements between all neighbours and negotiated the issues during the build.
